Job summary

RJS Resourcing Ltd. is partnering with a care provider to recruit experienced Residential Support Workers for a new children's residential home in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

You will join a brand-new service from the outset, delivering safe, nurturing care to young people and supporting them to build confidence, independence and positive relationships. Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification and prior residential experience are highly valued, with shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or recognised equivalent) – essential.
• Previous experience working within a children's residential home.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
• Eligibility to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
• Must already have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
