Protocol Education is seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to support schools across Darlington. This role offers flexible day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or routes into permanent positions. You will deliver engaging lessons, build relationships and adapt teaching to diverse learners.

Ideal candidates hold QTS and have experience in primary settings. The role supports safeguarding, with ongoing CPD and pathways into long-term roles.

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable Primary Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive schools throughout the Darlington area. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or a route into a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a supply teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
• Ensure the safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Be flexible and confident working across different year groups and school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
