What You ll Be Doing:
As part of a supportive and passionate team, you will:
• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the early years framework.
• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities tailored to each child.
• Observe, monitor, and record children s progress, supporting them to reach key
milestones.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, safe, and stimulating.
What We re Looking For:
• A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. SVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.
• A warm, caring, and patient personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
