Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for our Southall nursery. The role involves planning engaging activities, observing progress as the Key Person, and promoting child wellbeing in line with EYFS guidelines.

The successful candidate will collaborate with parents and colleagues, ensuring safeguarding standards and a positive learning environment across a 40-hour week, 52 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• DfE approved early years qualification level 2 or above.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS with ability to plan engaging play.
• Capable of safeguarding and promoting child wellbeing.
• Collaborative with parents and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high quality activities for learning through play.
• Observe and record children's progress as Key Person.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare across the setting.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members.
