Role: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above).
Location: Nature Trails Day Nursery | Rugby | CV22 7RY.
Contract: Permanent | 20-40 hours/week | 52 weeks/year.
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday-Friday between 07:30-18:30 | Choose a 2,3,4 or 5 day week.
Salary: £28,412.80-£32,427.20 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.66-£15.59 per hour.
Joining Bonus: £2,000

Responsibilities
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner you will:
- Use your EYFS knowledge to work as a Key Person, planning and implementing high quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
- Ensure every child feels safe, valued, and happy and that their well‑being is promoted.
- Collaborate with children, parents and colleagues, effectively communicating and building strong and positive relationships.
Qualifications
- Qualified early years professional with a DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above.
- Knowledge of the EYFS and ability to plan, assess and record children’s learning.
- Experience and commitment to safeguarding.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Full and relevant childcare qualification at Level 3 or above, in line with Department for Education Early Years qualification requirements.
Contractual & Eligibility
- Must be contracted to work between 25‑40 hours per week.
- Applicants must currently reside within a commutable distance of the nursery and hold suitable Right to Work in the UK; VISA sponsorship is not available.
- Safer recruitment checks apply, which include an Enhanced DBS check.
