Childbase Partnership Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join Woodlands Day Nursery. The role is permanent with 40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with varied shifts 07:30–18:30 Monday to Friday, offering a pro-rata salary of £27,289.60 to £30,929.60 per annum.

You will be a key person, applying EYFS knowledge, safeguarding, and collaborative working with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the EYFS enabling work as a Key Person and planning high quality activities.
• Safeguarding responsibilities to ensure child well-being.
• Collaborative approach with children, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play and observe/record progress.
• Fulfill Key Person responsibilities as part of the EYFS framework.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support each child’s development.
