Job summary

Happy Nurses Ltd. is seeking a nursery practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be qualified to Level 3 in nursery practice and will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment for children in their care.

You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, act as key person to a group of children, and build strong relationships with parents/carers. The role includes supervising children during play and outdoor activities and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 nursery practitioner qualification.
• Experience in planning age-appropriate activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
• Being key person to a group of children.
• Building up strong and positive relationships with parents/carers.
• Monitoring and supervising children during playtime and outdoor activities.
• Observing and documenting children's behaviour, progress, and milestones.
• Collaborating with other childcare providers to create a positive and inclusive environment.
