Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above) to join our team in a permanent role with flexible full/part-time hours. Shifts run 07:30–18:30, across 2–5 full days per week, with a pro rata annual leave and additional benefits.

You will bring EYFS knowledge, act as a Key Person, plan and deliver learning through play, observe progress, and safeguard every child. Join an employee-owned network with training through our EduBase academy.

Qualifications

• DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above and up.
• Knowledge of EYFS to plan engaging activities and monitor progress.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high quality, engaging activities to promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Safeguard and promote the well-being of every child.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to build positive relationships.
