Job summary

Ethos Education Ltd in East London is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Tower Hamlets. This full-time role (40 hours per week) focuses on delivering the EYFS curriculum, supporting early literacy and maths, and nurturing each child's personal and social development.

You will plan creative activities, work closely with a dedicated team, observe progress, and contribute to a supportive working environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential.
• Prior experience working in a nursery or with children under 5 is important.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Early Years Framework and EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and early maths skills development
• Support children with their personal, social and emotional development
• Have strong knowledge of early childhood development
• Encourage development through play and exploration
• Plan and deliver creative lessons and activities that are fun and based on the Early Years curriculum
• Work collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
• Observe your key children's progress and development
