Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking a Nursery Teacher for a welcoming Enfield primary school starting September 2026. You will deliver EYFS-aligned learning experiences and support each child’s development in a nurturing environment.

The role requires QTS or EYFS qualifications and experience in Nursery/EYFS settings, with strong communication and classroom management skills to build positive relationships with families.

Qualifications

• QTS or EYFS qualification required.
• Experience teaching or working in Nursery/EYFS settings.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.

• Genuine passion for Early Years education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s academic, social and emotional development.
• Plan, assess and monitor children’s progress.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
