Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a Supply Early Years Practitioner to support nurseries, children's centres and early years settings across Tower Hamlets. Flexible options include daily, short-term, and long-term work to fit around your availability, with opportunities for permanent roles.

The role involves implementing EYFS, creating a safe learning space, supporting development through play, assisting with routines and observations, and collaborating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices.
• Experience supporting children in early years settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0–5 years in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children's development and wellbeing through play-based activities.
• Assist with observations and daily nursery routines.
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff and families.
• Support children with SEND where required.
• Provide personal care where necessary.
