Monkey Puzzle Woodford are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join their team in Woodford, London. The role is full time with a starting salary of £29,120 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.

We emphasise high standards of care and education, working in line with EYFS, safeguarding, and partnership with parents to help children thrive within our network of nurseries across the UK.

Competenze

• GCSEs 5-9/A-C or equivalent
• Safeguarding knowledge and procedures
• Excellent communication with colleagues, children and parents
• Ability to observe and assess child development

Key Responsibilities

• Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.

Essentials

• GCSE- grades 5-9/A-C
• Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
• Appropriate behaviour management
• Able to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development
