If you're an experienced early years professional who understands that the nursery years are the most formative in a child's life, hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education and bring not just your knowledge, but your heart into the role, we want you!

From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re a crucial part of our nursery family. Your role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support each child's development, ensuring they grow in confidence, curiosity, and kindness.

You’ll work closely with a supportive team, helping to create a stimulating and secure environment that meets the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You'll form meaningful relationships with children, parents, and carers, and play a key role in monitoring and documenting each child's progress and achievements.

Whether it’s guiding a toddler through their first steps, comforting a teething baby, or encouraging a shy preschooler to share their voice – every moment matters, and so do you.
