Job summary

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our Cambridge area nursery. The role is permanent with flexible hours between 18 and 40 per week, offering full or part-time patterns.

Shifts run 07:45 to 18:00, with pro-rata salary between £31,449.60 and £34,590.40 per year, or £15.12–£16.63 per hour. You will work as a Key Person, using EYFS principles to plan engaging learning and observe children’s progress, while upholding safeguarding and strong partnership

Qualifications

  • Qualified early years professional with Level 3 or higher
  • Knowledge of EYFS and planning/high quality activities
  • Safeguarding awareness and observation/assessment skills
  • Strong communication with families and colleagues
