Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Level 2+ in Early Years, has nursery experience, and shows passion for working with children aged 0–5. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2+ qualification in Early Years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EYFS and Statutory Framework requirements are met at all times.
• Follow safeguarding/child protection policies and procedures.
• Provide a safe, stimulating environment considering each child's needs.
• Ensure the nursery reflects the cultural diversity of all children.
• Follow Observation, Planning and Assessment Framework within Little Elms Group.
• Reflect on daily practice and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with parents.
