Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom seeks a Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing business in Stowmarket. You will own the month-end accounting process, provide insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders, and drive performance.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and support audits, while developing the finance team. Hybrid working and strong progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified management accountant with ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven management accounting experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to analyse large volumes of financial data and translate into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and audit processes.
• Experience leading or supervising a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end management accounting process for designated areas.
• Deliver accurate management accounts and financial analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide detailed monthly reporting packs to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain robust financial controls and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support audit requirements and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency.
