About The Role

Westbourne Early Years Centre: Full Time Qualified Early Years Practitioner Baby Room

Westbourne is an Ofsted rated 'Good' setting located just off Liverpool Road in Islington. It offers three separate learning rooms for babies, toddlers, and nursery-aged children. We are currently recruiting a DFE-qualified practitioner for our baby room. Experience with children under 2 years old is an advantage.

Westbourne EYC is a Tiny TiPS (trauma-informed) centre with a curriculum based on 'The Loving Pedagogy'. We are proud to have received the Gold Rosette for Pride in EDI, recognizing our work as allies to the LGBTQIA+ community, affirming everyone's right to be their true self.

We seek a committed individual eager to work as part of a dedicated team, providing exceptional early years care and education. We offer extensive training and are keen to invest in the right candidate.
