We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable electrician to join our team. If you’re someone who works well independently, uses common sense to solve problems, and enjoys both team collaboration and solo work, we’d love to have you on board.

D & B Electrical have been operational for over 15 years andhave a well established and diverse customer base.

Our day to day works are predominantly commercial and industrial electrical installations and testing, along with specialising in UPS and standby generator installations.

Although we're based in the Midlands, some projects will require national travel. There may be occasions when you are asked to work away from home, but we offer incentives and cover expenses for any time spent away. We believe in maintaining a work-life balance, so we ensure travel and away-from-home work is shared fairly among the team.

We offer good rates of pay dependent on experience and qualifications. Our basic/standard hours of work are 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Over time at enhanced rates available or we offer a “time off in lieu” system where overtime can be traded for additional holidays.

Annual leave is 20 days, plus bank holidays (28 days total)

Training plans can be implemented should an employee want or need any training. We like our employees to feel fulfilled within their work and encourage them to bring fresh ideas and offer opportunities to push themselves with new challenges within our company.
