Job summary

Randstad Education in the United Kingdom is seeking flexible early years professionals for day-to-day cover and longer fixed-term roles within local nurseries. You will work across EYFS environments to support play-based learning and child development while upholding safeguarding standards.

What We Look For:

• EYFS Qualifications: Cache Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, Foundation Degree, or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS / QTS).
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.
• Nurturing behavior management skills and the ability to inspire young learners through play-based learning.
• An adaptable, proactive approach, ready to hit the ground running in new early years environments.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
