Job summary

Bright Horizons Warrington nursery is seeking a flexible practitioner to join the Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support EYFS delivery by engaging children in educational activities and help maintain a safe, tidy environment alongside a larger team.

Candidates should hold a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have recent childcare experience, and enjoy making learning fun. The role requires good communication with children and adults, safeguarding awareness, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in Nursery/ Early Years settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Able to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery by engaging children in educational activities.
• Assist in day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
