Job summary

Bright Horizons Warrington is seeking a flexible practitioner for our Warrington nursery, joining Bright Flex/Bank. You will support EYFS delivery through engaging activities and help with day-to-day tasks while working as part of a larger team.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior childcare experience, with a passion for making learning fun and safeguarding knowledge. Flexible shift options are available.

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience in nursery settings or with young children.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.

Salary – £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Warrington nursery. The Nursery is Ofsted rated “Good” having been newly refurbished the setting boasts a large private garden and is equipped with a wonderful range of age appropriate toys and activities.

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
