Job summary

Bright Horizons Reigate is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support EYFS delivery through engaging activities that promote development. You will join a team and help with daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation, contributing to a supportive classroom environment.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification and prior experience with children. A passion for making learning fun and safeguarding knowledge are essential, along with flexibility to adapt

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
