Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinckley is seeking a flexible, qualified Early Years practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at Hinckley Nursery. You will help deliver the EYFS through engaging activities, support colleagues, and cover day-to-day tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, have experience with children, are passionate about making learning fun, and are DBS checked or eligible for one.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children inNursery/early years settings.
• Ability to engage children in learning through play and exploration.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities.
• Assist with daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
