Bright Horizons Hinxton Day Nursery & Pre-School in Cambridge is seeking a flexible Bright Flex / Bank Practitioner to support EYFS delivery. You will engage children in educational activities and work with a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks like tidying and preparation.
This role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior nursery experience. A passion for making learning engaging, adaptability, and strong communication with children and adults are essential.
Hourly rate - £14.98

Each well-equipped room has access to an enclosed garden area, and children also benefit from a secure woodland area for exploration. The nursery provides a free shuttle bus at various times throughout the day to and from Saffron Walden and Cambridge. Additionally, the role offers a reduced gym membership at just £5 per month.
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds! Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
