Bright Horizons Englefield Green Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to deliver high-quality early years education and care. The role supports EYFS delivery, engaging children in fun activities and helping them reach key milestones.

You'll join a supportive team in a Bright Flex/Bank capacity with flexible shifts, and enjoy benefits such as a 40% childcare discount and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Support colleagues with delivery of the EYFS and engage children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Encourage development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.

Salary – £14.24ph (level 3) (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Egham, Surrey, TW20

The Role

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
