Bright Horizons Barford nursery seeks a flexible practitioner to blend Bright Flex/Bank shifts with full employee benefits. You will engage children in educational activities and support their development while helping with room preparation and tidying.

Barford nursery, with 45 places, is rated Outstanding by Ofsted and offers extra-curricular activities. Benefits include childcare discounts, enhanced parental leave, and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar).
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Enhanced DBS check required before appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities.
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.

Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee - giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
