About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Dental Nurse to join our practice in Northamptonshire.

We are looking for a full-time Dental Nurse to work in our busy practice. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and creating a welcoming environment for our patients and team members.

About the Practice

Here at Wellingborough Dental Surgery, our aim is to make patient visits as pleasant as possible. Our practice offers a warm and friendly environment with highly trained and motivated staff. We are dedicated to improving the oral health of our patients, helping to enhance their well-being and confidence. We are committed to providing the care, service, and expertise we would wish for ourselves.

The current team is passionate and enthusiastic, and we’re looking for someone to share the same Riverdale values to help continue the excellent service at Wellingborough Dental Surgery. The surgery is recently refurbished and is a lovely setting to nurse from.

A competitive salary, working a total of 44 hours per week, Monday – Friday starting at 08:15am and finishing at 06:15pm.

Requirements:

• GDC Registered
• Hep B
• Driving licence (Not Essential)
• Indemnity and CPD package
• Additional Leave For Long Service

• Recruitment bonus (if you then introduce new team members to the Riverdale group). You may be eligible to claim from £1,000 – £5,000 (T&C’s apply).

Riverdale Dental Nurse salary banding:

• Dental Nurse – under 2 years’ qualified from £12.50 p/h
• Dental Nurse – over 2 years’ qualified from £12.75 p/h
• Nurse with additional qualifications – From £13.25 (includes Radiography as well as Implants, Ortho, and Sedation)*
• Regional Nurse – From £12.75 – Up to £15.00*

*Conditions apply to the hourly rate. Conditions will be discussed during the interview process and will be discussed on an individual basis.
