Job summary

Newbury & District is seeking qualified Coach PCV Drivers to join our full-time team in Newbury.

You will operate coaches across our services, perform daily checks, and provide courteous service while supporting passengers and ensuring safe, reliable transport.

Qualifications

• A valid PCV licence.
• A current Driver CPC card.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Enjoy driving and working with people.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating coaches across services and routes.
• Carrying out diverse private hire work.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
• Supporting passengers, including those needing assistance.
• Following road safety procedures and company policies.
• Working with controllers to keep services running reliably.

As one of our drivers, you'll play an important part in providing safe, reliable and friendly coach services to our passengers, while working as part of a supportive team.

What you can earn

• £16.00 per hour Monday to Friday
• £18.00 per hour at weekends and unsociable hours (00:00-05:59)
