About the role:

Finance & Tax Solutions consists of a team of finance professionals at all levels providing operational delivery expertise for our clients. Your role will be varied and challenging, offering opportunities to work with high-profile clients.

What your days will look like:

As a Manager, you will ensure high standards of delivery to clients, including management and oversight in areas such as:

• Operational finance management, including review of O2C, P2P, R2R, and general ledger accounting
• Management accounting and reporting, including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts
• Financial control oversight and involvement in period/year-end close processes
• Managing and coaching your team in their roles
• Managing key PwC commercials related to resourcing, budgeting, fees, and billing

This role is for you if:

Candidates should possess ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualification (or international equivalent) and have detailed management experience in areas such as:

• Accountancy practice or industry experience
• Team leadership and management, including coaching and client/stakeholder reporting
• Operational finance processes and controls (O2C, P2P, R2R)
• Financial management, budgeting, and analysis
• Management accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with financial processes documentation/testing and ERP/accounting systems
