About the role:

Finance & Tax Solutions consists of a team of finance professionals at all levels providing operational delivery expertise for our clients. As we are responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a variety of high profile clients.

What your days will look like:

As a Manager within the team, you will be responsible for ensuring we provide a high standard of delivery to our clients. The role involves management and oversight in areas such as:

1. Operational finance management, including review of processes like O2C, P2P, R2R, and general ledger accounting
2. Management accounting and reporting, including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts
3. Financial control oversight and involvement in period/year-end close processes
4. Managing and coaching team members in their roles
5. Managing key commercial aspects with respect to client portfolios, including resourcing, budgeting, fees, and billing

This role is for you if:

We are seeking individuals who possess ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualifications (or international equivalents) and have detailed experience in management roles in areas such as:

• Accountancy practice or industry experience
• Team leadership and management, including coaching and delivering to clients or senior stakeholders
• Operational finance, including knowledge of processes and controls like O2C, P2P, R2R
• Financial management, budgeting, and analysis
• Management accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with financial process documentation/testing and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
