Job summary

HLA Services Ltd Inc is seeking a time-served refrigeration and air conditioning engineer to install, service and fault-find AC systems in commercial buildings across the North East region. The role includes out-of-hours on-call work and overtime paid at a premium rate.

Responsibilities include fault finding on split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems, servicing, and attending manufacturer training courses to keep skills up to date.

Qualifications

• Time Served fully qualified refrigeration Air Conditioning engineer.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and experience of Air Conditioning installations within commercial buildings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS Card (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Fault finding on split, multi split & VRV/VRF air conditioning systems including cold room applications.
• Servicing and maintenance of split, multi split & VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
• Service and fault finding of Heat Recovery ventilation systems.
• Deal with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns – included in out of hours call rota.
• Train and keep skills up to date.
