We're looking for a Qualification Standards & Compliance Manager to ensure our entry and assessment standards are reliable, consistently applied, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. You'll play a central role in safeguarding trust across our qualification pathways and ensuring our standards stand up to scrutiny.

This is ideal for someone with a structured, analytical mindset who enjoys working with autonomy - and knows how to translate complex information into clear advice.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver internal verification through the Qualification Standards Review (QSR)
  • Review assessment performance and report on trends against SLAs
  • Conduct assessment audits and distil findings into clear insights
  • Liaise with regulators and oversight bodies (Ofqual, IFATE, awarding organisations)
  • Monitor compliance risks and escalate issues by priority and impact
  • Identify and report any matters that could affect public confidence in standards
About You
  • Experience in quality assurance, higher education or a professional body environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g. Ofqual or similar frameworks)
  • Ability to work with autonomy and sound judgement
  • Clear and confident communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong customer/stakeholder focus
  • Ability to simplify complex information into practical advice
