We are recruiting for a Qualification Content Lead - Management Accounting and Performance Management on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term basis. The role location is flexible as we operate a 'digital first' approach.

The Job

Reporting to the Qualification Content Manager, this role includes:

  • Setting clear syllabus and learning outcomes for the subject area to prepare learners for assessments
  • Ensuring assessments are of the highest quality
  • Developing assessment models considering content, style, relevance, level, syllabus coverage, and consistency
  • Leading the examining team and liaising on proposed changes
  • Finalizing assessments at exam panel meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Updating examinable documents and producing technical articles for legislative changes
  • Leading marking standardization meetings post-exam
  • Supporting external examiner selection, training, and feedback
  • Considering legislative or regulatory changes relevant to the discipline
  • Leading development of new syllabus and examination content as subject matter expert

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Professionalism as an ambassador for ACCA
  • Excellent communication skills
