Job summary

Prospero Teaching is actively seeking QTS tutors to deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition across KS1/KS2 core subjects and GCSE English, Maths and Science in Oxfordshire.

Candidates will have QTS, experience with vulnerable children and SEN, and the ability to tailor lessons to individual needs. The role emphasises building positive relationships, a calm learning environment, and consistent, reliable tutoring for students who have faced barriers in mainstream education.

Qualifications

• QTS-qualified teacher with relevant experience.
• Experience supporting vulnerable children and/or students with SEN.
• Ability to deliver engaging 1:1 tuition.
• Patient, reliable and adaptable to individual needs.
• Capable of building positive relationships in a calm learning environment.

Responsibilities
