Do you have the passion, creativity, and drive to help primary-aged pupils thrive in a nurturing and stimulating environment? If so, GSL Education are inviting applications from dedicated and qualified Classroom Teachers to join a vibrant mainstream school in Poole, Dorset, this coming September.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that ignite curiosity, build confidence, and ensure progress for every pupil. This role offers the chance to work in a welcoming and inclusive school community that values teamwork, creativity, and whole-child development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain excellent behaviour management and positive learning environments.
  • Assess pupil progress and tailor teaching to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and promote pupil wellbeing at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential; ECTs and overseas-trained teachers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
  • Commitment to delivering inclusive, child-centred education.
  • Effective communication and classroom management skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative teaching approach.
  • Have an updated CV (with two relevant references from the last two years and covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
