GXO Logistics, Inc in Trafford Park, Manchester, is seeking a Health & Safety and Facilities Coordinator to support health, safety, quality and environmental compliance on site. You will work with operational teams, contractors and site management to ensure standards are met and drive a positive safety culture.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday 7am–3pm, with some flexibility. The salary is up to £28,000 per year with a benefits package including dental insurance, a company

Qualifications

• Previous experience in health & safety, QSHE/SHE or compliance or administrative role, ideally within logistics, manufacturing or a food environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• A proactive and organised approach, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with managers, colleagues and contractors
• IOSH Managing Safely and HACCP Level 1 (or higher), with a genuine interest in developing a career within QSHE

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety, food safety and environmental compliance across the site
• Coordinate contractor management, including permits to work, inductions and RAMS reviews
• Complete audits, inspections and compliance checks to ensure standards are maintained
• Support accident investigations, reporting and corrective actions where required
• Produce reports, maintain compliance records and work with site teams to drive continuous improvement
