SI RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a QS Assistant to join the commercial team in Richmond, North Yorkshire. You will provide day-to-day commercial support, assist with valuations and monitor project costs, and handle invoices, purchase orders and subcontractor paperwork.

You will keep information up to date, collaborate with operational teams to maintain trackers, and assist with BoQ preparation and project reporting as part of a growing quantity surveying career in the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team while also managing your own workload.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within Quantity Surveying.
• Previous experience within the water, utilities or civil engineering sectors would be particularly advantageous.

We're recruiting for a QS Assistant to join the commercial team of a well-regarded business based in Richmond, North Yorkshire, delivering major infrastructure projects across the region.
