Job summary

Arm’s Silicon Quality & Reliability Engineering (QRE) team offers a 12-month internship starting June 2027 in Cambridge. Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Bachelors, Masters or PhD welcome)
• Programming or scripting experience, e.g., Python
• Understanding of digital hardware, computer architecture, or reliability concepts

Responsibilities

• Help develop and document a repeatable methodology for analysing soft errors in digital designs
• Develop reusable Python scripts and AI-assisted workflows to process data and summarise results
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to understand requirements and present findings
• Support other quality and reliability analyses across solution products
