Job summary

PRS LTD is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead health, safety, quality and environmental compliance across three data centre buildings in Slough. You will drive strategy, assurance activities, and client-aligned QHSE standards in a fast-paced critical environment.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, robust auditing, and excellent communication skills to maintain ISO compliance and incident investigations, with a competitive package including pension, health care and bonus

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional safety/OSH qualification or be working towards one.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental legislation and best practice.
• Experience in hard technical services, facilities management, or critical environments/data centres.
• Experience implementing QHSE systems within Integrated Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop site QHSE strategy and objectives aligned with business goals.
• Lead QHSE audits, including customer, tenant and internal audits.
• Maintain and improve the Integrated Risk Management System.
• Monitor site teams and subcontractors to embed strong safety culture.
• Produce QHSE reporting for weekly, monthly, and annual reviews.
• Support staff training and development on QHSE responsibilities.
• Lead incident reporting and root-cause investigations.
