About the QHSE Manager Position

The QHSE Manager will lead initiatives in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental areas, ensuring a safe workplace, environmental sustainability, and process improvements. Ideal for someone passionate about safety, quality, and teamwork with a drive to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to safety measures to reduce risks and prevent accidents.
• Lead and develop the QHSE team by setting goals, assigning tasks, and supporting growth.
• Monitor and improve processes to ensure high quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, establish procedures, and recommend policy changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide hazard identification and risk management training.
• Schedule and perform internal audits and inspections, addressing findings with corrective actions.
• Maintain environmental monitoring and reporting in line with permits and legislation.

About You – QHSE Manager

Proven experience in QHSE management and a commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and safe workplace.

Additional Requirements:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• Internal Auditor: ISO 14001
• Membership of IOSH or equivalent
• Experience with BRC / ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
