Job summary

Manpower is recruiting a QHSE Manager for two manufacturing sites in Dudley, West Midlands. The role leads Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities, reporting to senior leadership and driving continuous improvement across production, engineering and quality teams.

The position requires proven leadership in QHSE with foundry/heavy engineering experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QHSE across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of quality, health and safety legislation and environmental compliance.
• Auditing, risk assessments and root cause investigations experience.
• Background in foundry/heavy engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QHSE strategy across two sites.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and customer requirements.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and reduce defects and waste.
• Lead audits, risk assessments and corrective action programmes.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training and promote safety culture.
