  • Provide clear, practical H&S advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Complete and review risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and awareness sessions.

  • Support supplier quality, supplier evaluations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with product compliance requirements and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
  • Contribute to environmental compliance and wider continuous improvement activities.
About you

  • Experience completing risk assessments and investigating incidents and near misses.
  • A strong understanding of corrective and preventative action processes and root-cause analysis.
  • Confidence delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and guidance to operational teams.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • A willingness to travel regularly between sites as required.
Desirable experience
