As part of the PSG division, you will follow GMP guidelines, work with potentially hazardous materials, and help maintain cleanroom standards while supporting analysts across the lab.

Qualifikationen

• No previous laboratory experience required.
• Ideally educated to A level in a science-based subject.
• Good Word and Excel skills.
• Demonstrable organisational skills.
• Able to work to critical timelines.
• Effective exchanging of information.
• Proactive approach to tackling demanding activities.
• Ability to track multiple projects.
• Ability to collaborate to achieve results.

Aufgaben

• Plan and prioritise day to day workload in line with the laboratory’s requirements and adapt and be flexible, meeting analysts needs and expectations.
• Book in laboratory samples.
• Perform second analyst checks for subjective tests.
• Maintain the laboratory stock of reagents, microbiological media and consumable items.
• Order items as the need arises, including gaining approvals to order and collaborating closely with suppliers to drive cost savings.
• Ensure expired reagents, microbiological media and consumable are taken out of use.
• Performance checks on items of equipment to ensure they are available for use.
• Assist with cleaning of classified laboratory cleanrooms.
• Be flexible and adaptable in working in different areas within the laboratory if and when required.
• Carry out any other tasks which may be required from time to time.
• Follow GMP requirements and company rules, policies and procedures.
