Your Mission:

• Partner with Production teams to catch and crush quality issues before they happen.
• Lead all incoming goods inspections, in-line product sampling, and ensure every finished product meets the highest standards.
• Use your expertise in chemical analysis to guarantee raw materials and product concentrates are flawless.
• Take full ownership of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) - making sure documentation is spot-on, thorough, and delivered on time.
• Be the driving force behind managing non-conforming items - owning corrective actions and ensuring nothing compromises quality.
• Lead calibration, verification, and monitoring of critical laboratory instruments - precision is your mantra.
• Manage your team's schedules, holidays, and sickness with efficiency, and champion their growth through focused PDR reviews.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven leadership skills - you inspire, motivate, and develop your team to be the best.
• Hands-on experience working in a QC lab, with a strong technical foundation.
• In-depth knowledge of testing packaging, components, raw materials, blends, and in-line product sampling.
• Expertise producing Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance that stand up to the highest scrutiny.
• An uncompromising attention to detail combined with outstanding organisational skills.
