Job summary

RBW Consulting is supporting an international pharmaceutical company to expand its QC team at a key UK facility. The QC chemist will work in an in-process manufacturing setting, using HPLC, GC and other analyses to support a fast-paced process.

The role requires exceptional communication and a flexible approach, with shifts that include nights. Progression and training are outlined, with clear development of technical and financial benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in QC or production chemistry is advantageous.
• Experience with chromatography techniques including HPLC and GC.
• Solid understanding of GMP or ability to work to regulated procedures.
• Flexible to work shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process analyses using HPLC/GC to support fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of analytical data in QC records.
• Adhere to GMP and internal procedures.
• Communicate results to QC team and production as needed.
