Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in dispatch/warehousing, QC experience is a plus.
  • Forklift licence required, must be physically fit and detail-oriented.

  • Liaise with customers and freight companies, assist with stocktakes.

Job description

  • Hands-on, fast-paced role in QC and dispatch
  • Full-time permanent - approx. 45 hours/week

The Company: With over 40 years in the industry, the company designs and manufactures world-class agricultural machinery. Known for quality and innovation, they are expanding and looking for a committed QC and Dispatch Coordinator to join their Winchester team.

The Role: You will be responsible for quality checking products, coordinating dispatches, and managing warehouse processes to ensure timely delivery and great customer service.

  • QC and dispatch coordination using GoCanvas system
  • Pack orders and containers (incl. exports to Australia)
  • Freight and courier booking
  • Manage stock locations, levels, and warehouse organisation
  • Liaise with customers and freight companies
  • Assist with stocktakes and continuous process improvement

About You:

  • 3+ years in dispatch/warehousing (QC experience is an advantage)
  • Forklift licence required
  • Physically fit and detail-oriented
  • Competent with MS Office and freight systems
  • Great time management and communication skills
