Qualifications

• 3+ years in dispatch/warehousing; QC experience is a plus.

The Company: With over 40 years in the industry, the company designs and manufactures world-class agricultural machinery. Known for quality and innovation, they are expanding and looking for a committed QC and Dispatch Coordinator to join their Winchester team.

The Role: You will be responsible for quality checking products, coordinating dispatches, and managing warehouse processes to ensure timely delivery and great customer service.

1. QC and dispatch coordination using GoCanvas system
2. Pack orders and containers (including exports to Australia)
3. Freight and courier booking
4. Manage stock locations, levels, and warehouse organisation
5. Liaise with customers and freight companies
6. Assist with stocktakes and continuous process improvement

About You:

• 3+ years in dispatch/warehousing (QC experience is an advantage)
• Forklift licence required
• Physically fit and detail-oriented
• Competent with MS Office and freight systems
• Great time management and communication skills
