Job summary

Sekisui Diagnostics is seeking an Associate QC Analyst in Maidstone, Kent, to join the QC department on a full-time basis. You will analyse quality across materials and ensure compliance with standards, schedule proficiency surveys, and develop SOPs.

You will manage investigations, lab admin, OOS/Non-Conformances and Change Controls. The role requires at least 2 years related experience, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in QC or laboratory analysis.
• Meticulous approach to all tasks and credible communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate quality of raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods.
• Organise proficiency surveys and certification programs; report results.
• Establish specifications for assays and write SOPs.
• Apply in-depth technical knowledge to define investigations and troubleshooting.
• Participate in laboratory administration including OOS and Non-Conformances, Change Controls, SOP reviews and CAPA actions.
