Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Grangemouth is seeking a QA Team Leader (Compliance) to strengthen the site’s quality environment and ensure inspection readiness. You will lead governance of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System and collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Development.

You will drive CAPA, supplier audits, internal inspections, and regulatory interactions, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance in a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and ICH guidance.
• Experience performing self-inspections and supplier audits.
• Experience monitoring deviations, investigations and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance across the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System.
• Coordinate Quality Management Reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Support supplier qualification and audits including vendor audits and inspections.
• Assist regulatory inspections and pre/post-audit preparation and follow-up.
• Identify GxP risks and develop mitigation plans across the site.
• Coordinate site QMS training and promote regulatory understanding.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
