Job summary

PrepWorld in Northfleet is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to lead the shift QA team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will ensure products meet food safety, legality and quality requirements and serve as the first point of contact for quality issues.

You will develop your team, conduct audits, support continuous improvement and collaborate with Production, Technical and Hygiene to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Supervising or managing a team.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality and health and safety procedures.
• Ability to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift QA team on site.
• Ensure QA checks, paperwork and procedures are completed accurately.
• Lead investigations of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain QA records and support audits.
